Huawei launches its E5 HSPA modem, supporting downlink speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps and uplink speeds of up to 5.76 Mbps

Huawei today announced the official unveiling of its new E5 wireless broadband modem in South Africa. Huawei’s E5 has multi-terminal support while it supports GSM, Edge, GPRS, UMTS and HSPA.

The new E5 It has a micro SD card, and it comes with five LED indicators. It supports download speeds of 7.2 Mbps and uplink speeds of 5.76Mbps, and is fitted with a battery inside the device for added convenience.
