Numerous Telkom Internet subscribers are reporting problems using Google services.

These include Gtalk disconnections, Google Reader problems and slow Google search services.

“Since Friday I’ve had issues with Gtalk constantly disconnecting, Google Reader not working, and Google searches / resolving links being very, very slow,” one user said.

Telkom was contacted for feedback, but the company did not respond by the time of publication.

Telkom’s helpdesk said that they have no way of seeing whether users are experiencing problems with Google services on ADSL, instead referring all queries to SAIX.
