Internet Solutions is planning to launch an SMME service that includes uncapped ADSL and other bundled services
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are under increasing pressure to find ways to increase profits with declining ADSL prices and smaller margins.
One of the ways to boost the average revenue per user (ARPU) is to offer a suite of services as a bundle instead of merely an ADSL account or voice service.
Internet Solutions is well aware that a wider selection of services can be beneficial to them and their customers, and as such is planning to launch more value-added offerings.
Internet Solutions MD Derek Wilcocks explains: “Internet Solutions is looking to support our reseller channel and drive uncapped ADSL by making it possible for them to offer value adds, like the recent launch of the first ADSL VPNs from IS.”
“We will also be launching a full SMME service that includes uncapped ADSL and other bundled services like cloud computing and Software as a Service, to add further value to the offering,” said Wilcocks.
