Axxess announced that it has reduced the price of its 384kbps and 1Mbps uncapped ADSL products and has also launched a new 10Mbps uncapped service.

“We have just updated our uncapped pricing (on 384kbps and 1024kbps justUncapped) to pass on the new IPC savings from Telkom to all our existing and new clients,” said Axxess marketing director Franco Barbalich.

“All new signups will get the new prices immediately while existing clients will automatically be billed at the new rates at the end of this month for May.”

Axxess has also launched a new 10Mbps uncapped ADSL product, priced at R1,599 per month. “This is one of the cheapest 10Mbps uncapped services in the market to date,” said Barbalich.

Axxess new uncapped ADSL prices are as follows:

Axxess uncapped product Old price New price
justUncapped 384kbps R196 R169
justUncapped 1Mbps R296 R196
justUncapped 10Mbps R1599

Axxess’ new pricing follows price cuts from competing ISPs including Web Africa, MWEB and Openweb on the back of a 30% wholesale ADSL price reduction from Telkom in April.
