A number of Neotel subscribers reported problems with accessing international sites yesterday – they explain why
Neotel subscribers found themselves unable to access international websites between 14h00 and 15h00 yesterday.
Dr Angus Hay, Chief Technology Officer of Neotel explained that the problem wasn’t as a result of a specific failure.
The malfunction was traced to router configuration issues and was resolved accordingly, said Hay.
Users began reporting that the issue was resolved around 15h15.
