Vodacom looks set to launch a new 3GB for R199 mobile data promotion, slashing the price of its current MyGig 3 offerings by well over 50%.
MyBroadband has received information that Vodacom will run its new 3GB for R199 promotion alongside its current 1GB for R99 and 2GB for R149 contract promotions.
The MyGig 3 for R199 contract promotion has been available to businesses, but this promotion has now been extended to the consumer market.
According to the information, the Vodacom promotion will be applicable to both contract and once-off data bundles.
The Vodacom MyGig 3 promotion is will run from 1 June 2012 to 31 July 2012.
