Best wireless broadband networks in SA revealed

The latest MyBroadband speed test statistics reveal which mobile and wireless networks provide the best performance

The latest MyBroadband Speedtest statistics show that Vodacom’s network provides the best wireless broadband performance in South Africa.

MyBroadband’s Speedtest filters results based on IP address ranges, user survey input, and other variables to ensure accurate results are achieved.

MyBroadband tests speeds to Johannesburg and London Speedtest servers to differentiate between local and international network performance.

Local Speedtest results

According to the results for the Johannesburg server over the last few months, Vodacom showed the highest average download speed (4,837kbps), followed by Cell C and 8ta.
