MTN has slashed the price of its 500MB mobile broadband bundle from the usual R189 per month to R49 per month. This deal is available on a 24-month contract, and comes with a 14.4Mbps MTN F@stlink E352 modem.

This data promotion forms part of MTN’s ‘Salebration’ limited offers, which also include a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with 2GB of data for R349 per month on a 24-month contract.

This data promotion is only available until Tuesday 31 July 2012, or ‘while stocks last’.

The price of R49 per month for 500MB is significantly cheaper than similar products from Vodacom (MyMeg500 at R149 per month), Cell C (R69 per month) and 8ta (650MB on Internet1 for R150 per month).
