iPhone 4 Pricing Unveiled

The iPhone 4 is available today from selected Vodacom and MTN outlets, available free of charge on certain cellular contracts
Vodacom and MTN launch the iPhone 4 at two separate events in Midrand today. This highly anticipated mobile phone is the fourth installment of the popular Apple iPhone range, and the first iPhone which is available on networks other than Vodacom.
The iPhone 4 will initially only be available at a few flagship stores from Vodacom and MTN, with a wider launch expected later this year.
The following Vodacom stores currently offer the iPhone 4 to consumers: Vodaworld Midrand, Cellucity V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, Vodashop Gateway & Cellucity Gateway in Durban and the Vodashop Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton.
The iPhone 4 will be available on all existing Vodacom tariffs, and will be free with the iPhone Talk 500 and Talk 1000 packages.
Vodacom’s flagship iPhone 4 offer is its Talk 500 package, priced at R925 per month, which includes the 16 GB iPhone 4 with 500 minutes per month, 250 MB of data and 100 SMSs per month.
Vodacom added that full pricing details will be available from tomorrow in all 84 participating outlets countrywide.
MTN is offering the iPhone 4 on the following packages:
- iPhone 4 16 GB on a 150 MB Internet bundle – R379 per month
- iPhone 4 16 GB on a 300 MB Internet bundle – R429 per month
- iPhone 4 32 GB on a 150 MB Internet bundle – R429 per month
- iPhone 4 32 GB on a 300 MB Internet bundle – R479 per month
