Virgin Mobile will celebrate its first birthday by offering its customers free Virgin to Virgin SMS from June 24 until June 30.
Peter Boyd, CEO of Virgin Mobile SA, says that the company has established its brand as a serious player in arguably one of the toughest mobile telephony markets in the world.
Boyd adds that new subscribers during the birthday celebration period will also help to keep the winter chill at bay as part of the proceeds from the subscriptions will be donated towards the purchase of blankets for the homeless.
