According to a representative from the Samsung store at Vodacom World, they are selling the Samsung Galaxy S3 for R7,500.

The device became available through retailers at Vodacom World today, and it is understood that the Galaxy S3 should be available from retailers for between R7,500 and R8,000.

This is significantly lower than the recommended retail price of R8,979 which Vodacom announced yesterday through its Twitter feed.

Although the official South African launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 is on 7 June 2012, Vodacom is offering the device on a Business Call contract for R349.

The contract includes 250MB of data per month for the 24 months of the contract, a flip cover, and a R100 voucher for video hub.
