Samsung South Africa has announced the availability of its Windows 8-ready Samsung Series 5 ultra touch laptop in the country.
The Samsung Series 5 ultra touch features a 13.3-inch HD SuperBright 10-finger multi-touchscreen and 3rd generation Intel Core i7-3517U processor.
The device further sports 12GB RAM, 500GB storage, a 24GB ExpressCach system, a full-size HDMI port, one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports.
“At just 16.9 – 19.9mm thin and 1.64kg light, the Series 5 ultra touch is portable given its touch capabilities and full notebook PC functionality,” Samsung said in a press statement.
The recommended retail price for the Samsung Series 5 ultra touch is R13,999, and it is available through Samsung Brand Stores and leading retailers.
