Apple is building itself a new headquarters, which has been dubbed “the spaceship”, in California.

Apple is building itself a new headquarters, which has been dubbed “the spaceship”, in California.

The new offices, currently under construction, will hold 12,000 employees and cover 2.8 million square feet.

Sky News reported that the project will cost in the region of $5 billion, and was supported by late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.

The video below shows drone footage of the under-construction headquarters.
