Apple may sell a version of the 13-inch MacBook Pro with a Retina display similar to the one found in the new 15-inch MacBook Pro.
This is according to Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at KGI Securities who has a proven track record of accurately predicting unannounced Apple plans.
Kuo noted that Apple was probably unable to unveil the 13 inch class Retina MacBook Pro at the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) earlier this month due to low yield rate on the high resolution panels and greater assembly difficulty.
Kuo expects the screen resolution to be 2,560 x 1,600, powered by an Intel HD4000 integrated graphics chip rather than the Nvidia Geforce GT 650M GPU found in other MacBook Pro devices.
