Siri helps out Martin Scorsese

Latest commercial for Apple’s Siri app features famed Hollywood director, Martin Scorsese

In the latest advertisement for Apple’s iPhone 4S assistant, Siri, Martin Scorsese requires some help from the voice-controlled app.

A number of the app’s features, such as map location and calendar control, are shown-off in the ad.

Scorsese isn’t the first celebrity to endorse Siri; previous commercials featured actors, such as Samuel L. Jackson and Zooey Deschanel.

This is apparently a more grounded and practical change from the earlier Siri commercials, which even lead to Apple being sued for  “misleading and deceptive” claims.

The upcoming iOS 6 update, which is pinned for release later this year, is also set to bring Siri to iPads.
