As the title suggests, the winner will get a job at Microsoft as an SQL programmer.

The contestants are put to the test by running a gauntlet of database programming challenges each week, then reporting to Microsoft’s SQL Program manager, Tobias Ternström.

The videos can be seen on Microsoft’s official page, with the first episode already available for viewing.
