Apple could be integrating Bluetooth file sharing into its latest iOS update.

The iOS 6 beta reportedly features altered privacy settings, which support the sharing of data through Bluetooth.

The newly found Bluetooth feature is said to be related to Passbook.

Passbook is a new iOS 6 app which is a mobile payment app in answer to Google’s digital wallet.

Previous big Bluetooth changes include the addition of the A2DP stereo Bluetooth profile with iOS 3 in 2009, and an expanded Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP) with iOS 4.1 in 2010
