Apple has launched its cloud service portal, iCloud.com to the public after being in an extended beta period.
The website service was only previously available to developers, but now any iCloud user can log on and share content across multiple Apple devices.
The site allows users to sync notes and reminders with both iOS and Mac counterparts, along with “Find My Phone” – a feature which lets users lock their device if stolen or lost.
Users get 5GB for free, with additional storage of 10GB, 20GB, or 50GB available for purchase at $20 (R164.40), $40 (R328.84), or $100 (R822.30) per year, respectively.
