With the rumours and expected reveal of an iPad Mini heating up, more images have appeared showing a mock-up of the speculated device.

The legitimacy of the build is questionable, although many of the purported iPhone 5 builds proved to be relatively accurate when the final device was ultimately revealed.

The mock-up features a 7.85-inch display; front and rear cameras; smaller dock connector; and a small hole in the top of the backplate – the purpose of which is unknown.

The build is apparently a non-functioning model and was discovered by Chinese tech site, BoLoPad.com.

Apple is expected to be launching the iPad Mini in October.
