HP reveals that the company will be introducing a new tablet

Hewlett-Packard has teased a new enterprise-friendly tablet, which is expected to be revealed soon.

The tail-end of the company’s press release, regarding HP’s new PC range, delivered the tease that a new tablet is in the works.

“An enterprise-ready tablet will be announced soon”, read the bottom of the release, with no other hints or details regarding the specs.

An HP Windows 8-powered “Slate 8” has been rumoured before, although its unknown whether the announcement and rumours have any ties.
