An update for Opera Mini has been released, bringing new features to Android devices.

One of the new additions is Smart Page, which will give users an overview of what is happening on the Internet, including separate tabs for social, news and suggested links.

Opera Mini features compressed web viewing, so Internet browsing is faster.

Another feature, Link, syncs up your history, bookmarks and notes from desktop browsing.

The update is now available from the Google Play store.
