Dell has unveiled the Latitude 10 business tablet.
The new device runs on Windows 8 and includes enterprise-oriented features, such as a swappable battery, a dock for improved productivity, and Dell Data Protection Encryption (DDPE) for security.
The 10.1-inch tablet carries a 1366×768 display protected by Gorilla Glass; an Intel Clover Trail SoC; 2GB of RAM; up to 128GB of flash storage; and a 30WHr battery.
Other features include a 720p front webcamera; an 8-megapixel rear camera; one USB 2.0 port; a Micro-USB charging port; a Mini-HDMI port; and an ethernet port – a unique feature in the age of wireless.
The Latitude 10 tablet will arrive around the same time as Windows 8, according to Dell.
