Users can now earn money when tweeting iTunes links and associated apps.

Apple has introduced an affiliate program for iTunes that allows users to earn commission by posting links to music and affiliated iTunes apps.

If someone clicks your link and purchases that content within 72 hours, you will earn a 4 to 5 percent commission on “all qualifying revenue generated by affiliate coded links.”

One of Twitter’s most recent additions is the embedded iTunes app, which allows a “view album” option to appear when an iTunes album is posted.

Users are also able to stream previews of songs directly from a Twitter feed.
