An Asian component maker has reportedly received an order to make more than 10 million units of the unannounced iPad Mini, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The order is said to have asked for delivery in the fourth quarter, adding fire to the idea that the rumoured device will launch before the end of the year.
While Apple hasn’t commented on the speculation, iPad Mini rumors have been swirling around for months. According to those rumors, the device will feature a 7.85-inch display and go on sale for a price that’s far cheaper than Apple’s current, larger tablet.
