Samsung’s phone/tablet hybrid, the Galaxy Note II, has sold 3 million units worldwide.

Only recently launched, on 26 September 2012, the device has been sold in over 100 countries, with sale growth outpacing its predecessor, the Galaxy Note, Samsung said.

Samsung also said that the sales will likely be three times greater than the original Galaxy Note in the first three months after launch.
