Telkom Mix launching on 27 June: Telkom’s first integrated fixed mobile bundle with free off-peak calls

Telkom CEO Pinky Moholi announced today (13 June 2011) that they will launch their new Telkom Mix service on 27 June.

Telkom Mix is an integrated fixed mobile bundle, offering consumers a single account from Telkom which includes free off-peak calls, 8ta airtime and a BlackBerry Curve smartphone.

Telkom Mix is priced at R399 on a 24 month contract, and offers subscribers the following:

  • One account from Telkom
  • Free evening, weekend and fixed line calls
  • R250 8ta airtime
  • Free calls from Telkom to 8ta number
  • BlackBerry Curve phone
  • BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)
  • First month’s subscription free on a 24 month contract

The following brochure is expected to ‘hit the streets’ later this month.
