To anyone in Gordons Bay

I drove through Gordons Bay on the way to Hermanus, and as you approach the road to Rooi Els there is a ' house ' on the bend.

It looks as though it was either never finished, or it has had everything stolen from it - including the windows. It is amongst obviously very upmarket houses/villas and there must be a story attached.

Rumour has it the owner left it to his dog ! Perhaps the dog couldnt afford the renovations.

Does anyone know the real story ?

Dunnknow mate, heard many conflicting stories, including that renovations will proceed soon.

Been living in this area for years now and it has always just been that way. I'd be keen to know the true story as well.

Oh ya I know the one. Strange.

I remember when I was living in Texas there was this house out near Texas City - a massive deserted house, and apparently there used to be a doctor there who killed children. The house was split into two parts, divided by a swimming pool, and he would keep them in one end of it. I was like 13 or so, and every time I passed it I'd get freaked out.
