How do you make voice calls with the data card?

Is it possible?

Do you need special software?I know that the Huawei E620 and Huawei Mobile Connect allow for voice calls with some headset thingy plugged in somewhere [not sure if it's plugged into the PC or the data card], so I assume that Huawei Mobile Connect &| Huawei Mobile Partner will do the same with the Huawei E630...
