The Scirocco was meant to be kept a secret and only revealed at the '08 Geneva motor show.
I think it looks pretty wicked!

I really like the Volvo C30...even its back, which most people hate. Wouldn't mind it as my next car but that might be aiming a bit high ;)

Not a bad car, but from looking at the pic, i can't stop thinking that they somehow copied the Opel Astra. Front looks like a ford tho...
Still go for Astra OPC or Chev Lumina SS Sedan

acid, agreed. That line across the doors and the rear's VERY close to the Opel Astra and the rear lights even hint a bit at the Mazda hatchback range

Front: Ford
Mid/Body/Rear: Astra
Rear lights: Mazda 3/6 ( was gonna post that but only saw the rear pic after posting and didnt feel like editing it )

Theres is something strange about the rear and thats coz it looks like 1 - series....

This car has had this look for the past 5 years!! They only changed the front grill. Go search for pics of the concept in the Detroit Motorshow in 2003, its the exact car...
I also expect this to be a base model... I hope:p

Then I would like to advise you to go to your nearest optometrist, post haste. Rear lights: Almost identical in shape. Rear spoiler: Identical. Line across the doors: Would be identical if they were both three door, I'm willing to bet money on that. Side profile: Identical. The only real difference between the two is that their bumpers at the rear are difference, with the Scirocco's being less prominent. Even the antenna for the radio comes out of the same spot. It's the same friggin' car!
OMW identical? Theres nothing there...

How can you say you'd rather have a car when one of the models you're comparing hasn't even been released yet? Does anyone even know what the specs on these will be? Available engine options? Anything?

Those pics just further illustrate the fact that gaudy rims do not an attractive motorcar make.
This isnt the real car (my guess)
VW wouldnt/shouldnt release this thing.... its just :sick:

ew... vw once again prove they have no clue. looks like a freaking vehicle from V the alien movie.
and pretty much ripped this concept car from ford
