If your car is fully insured and you get scammed/robbed does insurance still pay out?
Scenario 1:
You're selling your car and hand over the key's, papers etc to a buyer (scammer). The buyer pays you but for some reason the money is reversed or he gives you fake proof or the like or something like that. Let's say you are careful and make sure the cash clears etc but he still manages it somehow.
Scenario 2:
You're letting someone test drive your car and they pull a gun, tell you to get out and drive off with your car.
