how can moods change so quickly. I am really happy one min but suddenly the next min i feel really sad and i cant think of anything right now that i should actually be sad about lol ;)

As long as you're able to look the world in the eyes and continue doing whatever you were doing without getting all flustered then things will be OK :)

Diagnosis was in 2005, it's 2008 and I haven't had a relapse, kind of unheard of if you ask me ;) then again, I don't smoke the pot anymore ;) :D :p serious.
