Not just ADSL !!

Just to let you know that it is not only ADSL that is not being supplied but normal telephone lines as well. I am connected with a local golf course estate where around 153 houses are being built at an average selling price of R1.5 Million each. Guess what...Telkom cannot even supply telephone lines..let alone ADSL...but they can supply telephones to people that cannot pay for them...weird? crazy? or just plain stupid?
