Hi
i phoned neotel today the durban branch and they told me that the neoconnect lite download speed is 90kb/s and the prime is 550kb/s they said the test was done on the 2nd may. they also told me they are putting cables in durban and will first offer enterprise and wholesale packages and thereafter consumer. they said there is no plans to have a uncapped prime package yet and they also told me that if u take a contract with them and if something better comes along that they are offering they will upgrade you to it at a small fee. they said it should be in dbn in about 2mnths
this is good news people!!!!

What is the number of the dbn branch? Only seem to have national call centre numbers on their website.

I think your speed is wrong? Lite download faster than Prime according to you? The upgrade thing I also confirmed with the call center consultant.

Now if they could only get that ethernet issue sorted out they might have a half decent offer here...
