Hello Guys
Now that Neotel has launched its service and number portability is also possible
what systems are in place to make the client be aware that when he calls a number that will come from his FREE minutes.Because if I am correct the 1000 free minutes on Closer Plans from Telkom and Neoconnect from Neotel are
on Net calls only
So if dial a number (021) 595 7300, how sure am I that it is a Telkom number and they have not ported to Neotel.
