Hello.
I am getting ADSL somewhere next week (when telkom finally decides to come over and install it that is!)...I am going to have a subscription for my account at Mweb..now their site says that after being capped the speeds drop just under 64Kbs. I read alot on this forum already about the very very slow speeds (internationally!)
but is anyone here using Mweb for ADSL and has some comments about connection after being capped???
And sorry if the post doesnt fit this section but i didnt know where else to put it!

Mweb's information is incorrect.
You can be sure that when you are capped you will not be able to browse international sites at all. Local sites will remain at full adsl speed. MWeb does not have adsl - they are Telkom resellers like every other ISP in the country.
