I am staying in a guesthouse in Stellenbosch for the week and decided to go get some food from Woolworths for dinner. I bought the meatballs that I had always enjoyed. Needless to say, I had eaten quite a few of them before I bit something hard. When I spat out the food I found a piece of a HUMAN TOOTH in my food. I could not believe it. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in my life. I have vowed never to buy their food again. I am terribly dissapointed in Woolworths, because in order for me me to bite on a human tooth says very little for their quality!!


so options are :

A. the dude eating the meatballs lost a tooth without realising it - a tad unlikely!

B. the dude making the meatballs lost a tooth and didn't notice - again a tad unlikely!

c. the meatballs are made from.......arrghhh no, I can't bring myself to finish this option :sick::sick::sick:

So the tooth never made it through the crushers properly this time around. It fits in nicely with Woolworths 'All natural, free range' motto. They kept this product in its purest form. :D

I read somewhere that the meat they use for like the mince in sausage rolls and meat balls etc is meat that is peeled off the bone of the carcass and then swept up and minced.

The problem though is not the meat itself, is that they use some kind of chemicals to get the meat to peel off the bone, which isn't the healthiest to eat...

Pity I read that article, because I used to love my chicken sausage roll :sick:

Had a small rats tooth or something in one of those Quality Street chocolates. (The one with the orange flavoured center).
