I play local online game and visit local web ,but why the Local Usage=0.0MB ? It's Telkom 4G account ~someone could explain thx!
It works like this:
You first use up the Blended (Local and International) portion of the account, 4GB, and then you get capped sometime after reaching it. Only then does it start to act as a local only account and then you will see that it'll start to show some stats in the local section.
So the first +-4GB of usage, even if you Just surf locally for that 4GB, gets subtracted from your cap. After you get capped, it is a normal local only account. :)

Any usage first goes against you international *yadayada* and once you're capped you will only then be put on local *yadayadayada*.
Someone should sticky a thread explaining this.

This particular Telkom invention seems to catch a lot of people off-guard.
