ISDN Modem

I'm looking for advice on a good isdn modem. Having only used ADSL before, i have no idea what to get. Preferably a USB modem(what about the mouse-sized telscum usb modem, any good?). And then, where can i purchase it, i'm in the Somerset West(or Cape Town) area.
Any advice would be appreciated.
