I've been without Internet at home since Monday. Thievs stole our areas cables. I was wondering do you guys think i will still have to pay even though i cant use the account?

You are entitled to a refund on your line rental, and that includes ADSL line rental.
The actual internet throughput (ISP) charges you'll still have to pay for.
Call 10210 when it's fixed, give them the dates it stopped working till the date it started working and then your reference number where you reported the problem.
You MUST report the problem and get a reference number though, it makes proving this a lot easier.

Wow.thanks guys.thats such a relief. I haven't reported it yet been to busy to do it at work and im sure as hell not going to fone them from my cellphone!
Im off to my friends house now so il call them from his house.
This really sucks though!Its only my 2nd month with ADSL and i was just starting to see the R199 that i pay them as money well spent.
Our whole areas lines are down and the neighbours reported it just not sure how long its going to take for them to fix it, its been 5 days now:(
