Proxy on MyWireless

I'd really like to check out the speeds between a MyWireless link and an ADSL link if possible, anyway is fine. Or if anybody already knows, I am looking to get a MyWireless link 512k or 1mb (if they let me) in our JHB office to share to our other offices with ADSL.
