o yes i have pvr rewinding now.lol
EDIT
Ok so its an animation type ad ...with these characters jumping or breaking out of signs(the red ones) that are banned ...(think the meaning behind the ad is they breaking all current telkom bans) speed e.t.c
I see their website is also updated under the consumer menu

Nice ad I must say. What Neotel doesn't say is that you...
- CAN'T have a month-to-month contract
- CAN'T connect via ethernet as a consumer
- CAN'T buy your own hardware that suits your needs
- CAN'T get a response on planned service delivery and coverage.

- CAN'T have a public IP - so no incoming connections

When can everybody else expect coverage in their areas? Would it be possible to give us some details as to when curtain other areas would be live e.g. Pietermaritzburg, Richards bay, P.E, Bleom, Rustenburg, Polokwane.

I don't think the purpose of this ad was to so called market the products they offer but rather introduce themselves to the market and give the public the image of being "South Africa's new telecommunications operator", which is exactly what they are. I'm sure we can expect some product related ads pretty soon, as soon as they've established their name and told the public who they are.

And what a way to introduce yourself, they seem to want to break all the red tape that is holding SA back...

I haven't seen or heard the Neotel ads for some time now. Very quiet all of a sudden. Maybe they got flooded with applications of people that did not have coverage.

They do give you a public IP, they just block all incoming traffic by default. They admitted to it on their FAQ.

And now you can have them open the incoming traffic via request.
