View Full Version : What does this forum have against ManU supporters?

I come on this morning to see my posts deleted and 5 infraction points. I didn't say anything that's any more offensive than what is posted here against ManU supporters on a daily basis. You think you can censor the truth like back in the 'good old days'? Liverpool is over! Get used to it.

As they say 'if you won't mix - get out the pot'. And I'm not just talking to Chelsea supporters here, but Arsenal, Everton and Celtic who supports professional football by claiming to be 'club supporters'.

And everyone criticising Coach Ferguson for having a player like Ronaldo and coming from Scotland, asking 'where did he get the money?'. Why is it that whenever Chelsea supporters see a ManU manager with some money or a nice striker they assume he must've stolen it? It it inconceivable that he might actually have earned it? Like you Chelsea 'players' getting paid £1 000 000 a month just for sitting around smoking cigars, playing football etc. But it's OK for you to freeload but not the people who the club actually belongs to?

I'm not trying to offend anyone but it seems impossible to have a debate here without some over-sensitive Chelsea supporters taking offence and deleting my posts... At least have the balls to engage in discussion. If you're as right as you think you are then surely that's not a problem?

but seriously (sort of) - Football/Soccer players are such wusses (sp?). One ankle tap and they go down in a flood of tears.

I'm no bike fan but this weekend I saw a guy crash his motorbike at about 250k's per hour in a GP race. He did about 10 rolls. The obliterated itself, smashed into a wall and did about 50 head over heel spins. The biker gets up runs to the bike and tries to start it. Bikers should play football. That would change a few things.

A real tackle on your ankle is devastating - those who've been at the receiving end will know.
There have been some high profile players like Henry who displayed a really fake ankle injury tackle, got awarded the free kick and then jumped up to take position.
My wife happended to be watching the match with me, asked "WTF?"

The one thing a Liverpool player will win in his life: A broken leg

Outcome: walk off the pitch

Why: Because the budgets too tight cause they never win anything...

Tackles do hurt. In my opinion soccer players go down with EVERY tap they get. GP riders get up and run for their bikes after EVERY crash - sometimes when obviously not 100% compos mentis. I'm not saying bikers are better than footballers. I'm saying that I don't like watching soccer 'cos the players cheat and it's considered part of the game so accepted.

Now that you mention it. I once saw Rossi fall, get up on the bike and went on to win still. He also broke a finger or 4 during the same fall

Yeah - if we where discussing whether or bikers are sane that would be different. Actually maybe footballers have it right. Less danger. More money. More fingers and the option of an acting career after your knees give in.

Remember Henry taking a soft hit to the chest and he went down clucthing his face as if he had been shot.

"Next time I'll learn to dive maybe, but I'm not a woman"

According to Henry :o
