Vodacom sues Icasa, then withdraws suit

Vodacom on Wednesday night said it planned to withdraw legal papers it had served on industry regulator, the Independent Communications Authority of SA (Icasa), after the authority pushed back the implementation date for controversial new regulations dealing with handset subsidies.
