I doubt by 2020, I think the possibility would be by when I am down in the grown.
everywhere except in my area , i guess a newly built complex with 26 people wanting phones aren't good enough

There has been heaps of fibre in manholes and beneath Sandton and the Northern suburbs since the late 1990's already... Back in 2000 there was already heaps of it beneath Vorna Valley in Midrand.
There is just lots more of it now as Telkom embarked on a process to eliminate all the copper PCM routes (thank goodness) and the cellular networks have required an explosion in bandwidth.
