So, this month I got my monthly statement via e-mail..
I went over my monthly bandwidth/quota/cap allowance, was thinking for a moment Neotel would charge me for the extra 3 gigs I used, they just upped my package...

Did they increase the package without consulting you? Is it permanent? Do you have to pay to drop down the lower package again?

I doubt it is permanent..
It is better than coughing up R240 for the extra 3 gig ..

Costing you less is one thing - upping your package permanently is another.

You can pay your bill via EFT/Deposit into the bank.
