I use Jungledisk to backup/sync my files between various computers. The Neotel upload speed seems to be pathetic and is going to make uploading content to Jungledisk painful. Are there any plans to increase the upload speed?

Yes, with the new Rev A devices, expected soon this year hopefully, on what Neotel said in press releases, they should have already been here. 3.1 mbps up 1.8 down, 10 x faster uploads

I'd rather just 'wait and see'

Neotel are all bark and no bite... *generally*

That would be cool. With their big caps (especially the uncapped) this makes it incredibly attractive for small businesses and home users. I can get Jungledisk storage (on Amazon's servers) for next to nothing and backup as much as I want. Great stuff!

Neotel publishes the speeds you would get typically. That's more than any other company does.

I know. I am not knocking them. I am just describing something that would make their product more useful and make me a happier customer. It is also something that a lot of people I know would use so I am trying to help them out. When I get coverage I will move to them but I need to tell them what I want in case enough people want it and they decide to implement it...

Count me in when the upload speeds are better, ~68kbit is horrific :(

I'm also waiting for Rev A before I join up. Just now they don't wanna buy back their old Rev 0 modem and I'm stuck with it.
