Slowdown?

All of a sudden i'm getting crap pings from SGS servers, anyone else getting these?
Im on ISDN 64k, i usually get 80-100, now i'm sucking at over 200 and upwards.
i recently installed x-micro bluetooth dongle for my nokia6600, would that have any effect?
also, i installed a major update to my zone alarm firewall (the free version), kept my original settings, might this have an effect?
also, my pc seems 2 b acting up, general slowdown, sometimes opening or closing apps takes ages.
Filesharing also experiencing big slowdowns d/l, but uploading is still good.
Ran a virus scan from the Trend Micro site just 2 b safe, nothing malicious on my box.
WTF is happening? %&*@#!!!
am i just having a bad day?

Oh ja, another thing. My ISP is Imaginet, but i've been using local SGS nrs for my internet. i notice now that these nrs are defaulting back to the original Imaginet 046 nrs. I stick in the local nr(cape town nrs), and when i click "connect" it connects on the imaginet nr????
i usually use the Bellville or Cape Town nrs, but both of these revert back to the Imaginet nr when i connect.
However, when i use the Wynberg nr, it connects ok, thats the one i'm currently using.
