Which is why Thintana's sell-off of their stake in Telkrap is a good thing - who the hell needs an organisation that operates with this kind of ethic?! IMO, SBC are just another bunch of corporate crooks, of similar ilk to the Enron bunch...

Proof please.
You need look no further than the reasons behind the strike, and the strike action itself - it's clearly a question of mismanagement, which to my mind is criminal, as it contravenes corporate governance norms. But then again, America has no record of responsible corporate governance, which is why such activities became accepted practice. Sarbanes-Oxley came about because of this - they actually deferred to and made use of RSA norms (which are self-policing) to frame the Act, but had to go one further and write it into law, because of the rampant criminal activities going on. If you want further proof, do your own research...
