I know its asking a lot but did any of you guys watch the match?
I think it was a great performance from the boys. Especially going forward! Teko and Benni really linked up well in the first half. Stil strugling with set-pieces but overal it was a positive. Four wins in a row now....
However...Cameroon were without 3 or 4 key players due to Visa 'problems'

I would love to watch bafana...if they won normally. Don't get me wrong...I am a die hard..had faith in Bafana long after many gave up (and I support Arsenal don't I :P)...but eventually I did lose it. And after todays performance I have regained a fair bit of patriotism for them. but lets see..its 4 wins in a row. But come italy/brazil/spain in 8 monhs...might still be a killing...hope not. If they play their next match in CT against someone of high quality like Cameroon...I would be interested in going...not to bothered to see bafana vs swaziland or the like.

Whiteys at a football match? You people are bleeding insane? My mate took me to watch a Bloem Celtic game, I felt like Bambi in a hunting park - left 5 minutes before the game finished. Other than that - local teams are shyte. They don't play good footy, sorry its as simple as that. It's school football and low grade school football at best. Its no coincidence that the majority of our top players leave the country to go to clubs where they are trained properly from an early age.
As an example - a lightie, 12 years old is at Arsenal (surprise surprise) and say he doesnt want to play for South Africa because the U12's won the Danone World Cup and SAFA gave them... credit? a pat on the back? special schools where they can be groomed? a lollie? Nothing?!?! Niks!
When (if) our coaching and scouting is up to scratch in this country then we might see a shift to more emphasis on soccer in the more affluent (read people who can afford to go every week to watch a team and actually fill up stadiums) section of our country. Until then (add in good security measures as well)... nothing...

+1
We need decent scouting. Players should be made by the clubs. I mean how lucky are England to look at Man Utd and Arsenal and see Rooney, Walcott, Wilshere - and I am sure a few more that are still getting their braces put on and learning to shave - all being prepared. Watched an insert on sky sports after arsenals 3-0 against wiggan with kids..they showed arsenals youth squad being prepared for 2014! Now come on, SA clubs...Ajax, Pirates, Chiefs...we need that. Will improve the PSL and Bafana.
