hi

I may be needing a Dell Techie to come out to my business.

Are they dell certified and work for Dell, or is it a local computer shop that comes out.

Do they Know there stuff.

any experience with them ?

I don't think they're "certified" per se. It'll likely be one of the Dell partner techies

Yes, they normally outsource. But their service is brilliant. As long as they don't find liquid on the board, they will replace most parts at your premises. I have found their "next day service" the best of the 3 with which I have dealt with. Hp, acer and dell. What they cannot fix they replace.

i just have a wavy screen, when using the embeded 3G. so they said they will come out.... glad to hear they are good. was getting worried there for a sec.

All the Dell stories I've heard about support have been positive. The major mission is getting the product to begin with :D

ya, i agree, but the value for money is very good at least in my case.

I have had nothing but great service from them and have been dealing with them for around 10 years now. It's a no nonsense guarantee and if you have a laptop you should take Complete Care which covers theft, accidental etc.
